Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled, peeled and mashed Yam 300 grams
  2. Finely chopped carrots 2 tablespoons
  3. Finely chopped capsicum 2 tablespoons
  4. Grated cottage cheese 4 tablespoons
  5. Boiled Couscous 4 tablespoons
  6. Chpped fresh coriander 2 tablespoons
  7. Chilli flakes 2 tablespoons
  8. Oregano 1 tablespoon
  9. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the listed ingredients in a bowl together. Make 10-12 balls from this mixture.
  2. Give them the shape of tikkis or any other desired shape.
  3. Shallow fry these tikkis in a pan with a little oil for 2 minutes while turning the sides.
