Maggi Pakoras

Ingredients to make Maggi Pakoras

  • 1 packet maggi atta noodles
  • 1/4 cup small pieces of red and yellow capsicums (optional)
  • 2 tablespoon besan/ chickpea flour
  • 2 tsp curd
  • Salt and red chilli powder (According to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

How to make Maggi Pakoras

  1. Mix all the ingredients together except the ketchup.
  2. Heat oil and fry all the maggi pakoras in it one by one.
  3. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup.

My Tip:

You can add 1 teaspoon of hot oil to the batter to make it more crispy.

If you boil the noodles and stain the excess of water and let it cool a bit... Then add besan/ chickpea flour, curd, onions, green chillies and make a thick batter and deep fry it. You will get an awesome dish.
