Mayonnaise Yogurt Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients to make Mayonnaise Yogurt Veggie Sandwich

  • Low fat mayonnaise 2 tbsp
  • Low fat yogurt 1 tbsp
  • vinegar 1/4 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • A pinch of chilli flakes
  • Dried parsley and mixed herbs 1/2 tsp
  • A pinch of pepper powder
  • Brown bread 6 slices
  • butter 2 tsp
  • carrot 1, grated
  • cucumber 1, grated
  • Frozen corns, blanched 1 tbsp

How to make Mayonnaise Yogurt Veggie Sandwich

  1. Take a medium sized bowl, add in the mayonnaise, yogurt, salt, pepper powder, herbs, salt, vinegar, chilli flakes and whisk it well together.
  2. Add in the grated vegetables and mix it again.
  3. Now heat a non-stick frying pan and add 1/2 tsp of butter to heat. Add in 3 bread pieces, when one side turns brown and crispy flip them on the other side.
  4. Once again add butter and fry the other side till it's brown and crispy as well.
  5. Now arrange them in a plate and put in the mayonnaise, yogurt, veggie mixture and mix it generously.
  6. Now place another bread over the mixture, then cut it in a triangle shape carefully with a sharp knife by pressing it a little.
  7. Serve it with fresh fruit juice or hot black tea.
