ABOUT Masaledar Makhanas RECIPE

A very healthy munching snack that can be eaten anytime. Kids love it and perfect for people who are on a diet.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm makhanas
  2. 1 tsp chat masala
  3. 1 teaspoon khatta masala (amchoor, salt and degi mirch)
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1 teaspoon oil

Instructions

  1. Take a big non-stick wok.
  2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in it and add in the makhanas. Roast it on a medium flame for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add in all the masalas and mix it well.
  4. Serve it instantly.
