Ingredients to make Caramelized Plantain
- Plantain Banana (Kerala Banana) - 1 (thinly sliced)
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
Steps to make Caramelized Plantain
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Then fry the sliced banana on a high flame until it turns golden brown in colour. Note to flip the sides once in between.
- Then turn the flame off and serve it with sugar sprinkled on top.
