- Plantain Banana (Kerala Banana) - 1 (thinly sliced)
- Ghee - 3 tbsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- 1. Heat ghee in a pan.
- 2. Fry the sliced banana on high flame until golden brown, flipping the sides once in between.
- 3. Switch the flame off and serve with sugar sprinkled on top.
