  • Plantain Banana (Kerala Banana) - 1 (thinly sliced)
  • Ghee - 3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp

Recipe Preparation

  1. 1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. 2. Fry the sliced banana on high flame until golden brown, flipping the sides once in between.
  3. 3. Switch the flame off and serve with sugar sprinkled on top.
