ABOUT Besani Bread RECIPE

A very quick 2 minute recipe liked by everyone especially kids that is perfect for breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 whole wheat breads
  2. 2 tablespoon besan/ chickpea flour
  3. 1 teaspoon curd
  4. Salt and Red Chilli Powder (According to taste)
  5. 1/4th teaspoon kasoori methi
  6. Oil or butter as required

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into desired shapes. Keep aside.
  2. Mix in the besan, curd, salt, red chilli powder, kasoori methi and a little water to make a thick paste.
  3. Dip the bread pieces into this batter.
  4. Take a non-stick tawa and put some butter to heat.
  5. Shallow fry all the breads and serve them hot with tomato ketchup.
