Chocolate Lassi

Ingredients to make Chocolate Lassi

  • Hung curd 1 and 1/2 cup
  • sugar 3 tsp
  • Rose water 1/2 tsp
  • Condensed milk 3 tbsp
  • Ice cold milk 4 tsp
  • Ice cold water 1/2 cup
  • Grated almonds and pistachios 3-4
  • Grated chocolate 1 tsp
  • Cooking chocolate 1 bar
  • Chocolate spread 4 tbsp

How to make Chocolate Lassi

  1. Mix the hung curd, condensed milk, water and milk in a blender together.
  2. Next add sugar, rose water or essence, chocolate bar and chocolate spread. Blend it together in a high speed for 2 minutes.
  3. Garnish with ice cubes, grated chocolate, grated almonds and pistachios.
  4. Serve it instantly.
