Roti Pizza

Ingredients to make Roti Pizza

  • Left over roti- 1
  • Leftover mixed veg- 1/2 bowl
  • tomato Sauce 1 tbsp
  • chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Cheese- 1 small cube
  • paneer- 1 small cube
  • Black pepper- 1 pinch
  • 1/2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste

How to make Roti Pizza

  1. Heat a non-stick tawa and spread the oil with roti.
  2. Spread tomato and chilli sauce on the roti perfectly, now spread the grated cheese, then spread the mix veg on it. Top it with the sauce, then paneer and the cheese once again.
  3. Now sprinkle black pepper and salt on top and cover it with a big plate.
  4. After 2 minutes, open and cut it with a pizza cutter and serve.

My Tip:

Kids love this roti pizza. Kids who do not like veggies love to eat this.
