ABOUT Steamed Moong Masti RECIPE

Steamed moong masti is full of protein, vitamin, iron and fibre are suitable for every age. Most people love to eat this raw, but I steamed it a little.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sprout moong 2 cups
  2. Big sized onion 2
  3. Middle sized tomato 1
  4. Green chillies 2
  5. Salt 1 tsp
  6. Chat masala to sprinkle
  7. Bhujiya namkeen 4 tbsp
  8. Oil 1 tsp
  9. Jeera 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in pan, add in the jeera/cumin seeds, chillies and onion. Mix and cook it well.
  2. Now add in the moong and tomato. Add salt, cover and cook it for 2 minutes on a full flame.
  3. After 2 minutes, turn off the flame.
  4. Open it after 5 minutes and serve it with a sprinkle of bhujiya namkeen and chat masala on top.
