Steamed Moong Masti

Ingredients to make Steamed Moong Masti

  • Sprout moong 2 cups
  • Big sized onion 2
  • Middle sized tomato 1
  • green chillies 2
  • salt 1 tsp
  • Chat masala to sprinkle
  • Bhujiya namkeen 4 tbsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • jeera 1/2 tsp

How to make Steamed Moong Masti

  1. Heat oil in pan, add in the jeera/cumin seeds, chillies and onion. Mix and cook it well.
  2. Now add in the moong and tomato. Add salt, cover and cook it for 2 minutes on a full flame.
  3. After 2 minutes, turn off the flame.
  4. Open it after 5 minutes and serve it with a sprinkle of bhujiya namkeen and chat masala on top.

My Tip:

When steaming sprout moong, it's nutrients remain the same. Serving it with bhujiya namkeen makes it even more tastier.
