Instant Chutney/ Spicy dip

Ingredients to make Instant Chutney/ Spicy dip

  • 5-6 green chillies
  • 1 inch ginger piece
  • 1 cup curd
  • salt to taste
  • Chopped coriander to garnish

How to make Instant Chutney/ Spicy dip

  1. In a mixer, put in the green chillies and ginger together and grind it.
  2. Take a bowl and put the curd in the bowl. Now add the green chilli and ginger mixture to the curd. Add salt and mix it very nicely.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with Sabudana Khichdi.

My Tip:

You can also add garlic to it, so you can eat this chutney with Methi thepla or Paratha. It goes well with nachos or schezwan chakli.
