ABOUT Detoxifying Cucumber-Brahmi and Orange Juice RECIPE

Raw vegetable and fruit juices are helpful in restoring our health. One can include this juice in the early morning with an empty stomach, or after working out or walking. This juice has the coolant of cucumber, vitamin C rich Orange and memory enhancer Brahmi, over all it is filled with all the nutrients.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Cucumber 1/2
  2. Brahmi leaves 1/4 cup
  3. Orange 1 small sized
  4. Dry ginger powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Water 1 Cup
  6. Salt 1/4 tsp
  7. Any sweetener of your choice (optional) I used very little sugar free natural

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber with the skin attached.
  2. Then blend the cucumber, brahmi, orange segments, water, ginger powder and salt together. (If required, add any form of sugar and churn it nicely.)
  3. Then sieve this mixture and collect the juice.
  4. A nutrition rich, power packed juice is ready to kick start your day.
