Ingredients to make Butterymarsh cake

  • 100 gms - all purpose flour
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
  • 200 gms - milkmaid
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • 1/2 cup - refined oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 3 tbsp - powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp - sugar for caramel
  • Butterscotch sauce - 1 cup
  • Vanilla base cake
  • Instead of cocoa powder add cornflour
  • 1 cup - Praline
  • 300 gms - cream
  • 200 gms - marshmallow

How to make Butterymarsh cake

  1. Sieve flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, baking soda 3-4 times.
  2. In a bowl beat sugar and milkmaid. Mix well.
  3. Add oil to the milkmaid - sugar batter mix well.
  4. Add half flour half milk than add remaining flour and remaining milk. Add vanilla essence.
  5. Beat well till fluffy and ribbon type consistency is achieved.
  6. Chocolate base and vanilla base ready for icing
  7. Beat cream add butterscotch essence and melted marshmallows. Beat till stiff peaks form.
  8. Empty vanilla base cake fill it with butterscotch sauce and marshmallows. Do icing with whipped cream.
  9. Put chocolate base on vanilla base cut chocolate cake into 3 layers fill in with cream and do icing with whip cream.
  10. On the top add marshmallows and caramel sugar syrup flowing to the bottom.
