Instant Tawa Pizza

Ingredients to make Instant Tawa Pizza

  • 1 small sized cabbage
  • 1 capsicum
  • 2 big sized onion
  • 2 small sized tomatoes
  • Black pepper as per taste
  • tomato Sauce 1/2 cup
  • chilli sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 4-5 tbsp
  • paneer 1 small cube
  • salt to taste
  • 1 pizza base, ready made
  • Desi ghee or butter 1-2 tbsp

How to make Instant Tawa Pizza

  1. Chop the onion, tomato, cabbage and capsicum into long shapes.
  2. Steam all the veggies together with a few drops of oil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add in the salt and black pepper. Mix it well with the steamed veggies.
  4. Now heat a tawa and cook the pizza base from one side till it becomes a little brown in 1 tsp of ghee. Then turn it to the other side, spread ghee on it and cook the other side as well.
  5. Mix the tomato and chilli sauce in a bowl, then spread a thin layer of it on the base. Next, grate the cheese and paneer and spread a layer of this on top.
  6. Now spread the mix veg on it and add the grated paneer on top. Once again, spread the mixture of sauce and once again spread the grated cheese on top.
  7. Cover it with a big container for 5 minutes.
  8. Cut with pizza cutter into slices and serve it warm.

My Tip:

The steamed veggies make it healthy and also helps in cooking the tawa pizza faster.
