Condensed Milk Chocolate Chip Fudge

Ingredients to make Condensed Milk Chocolate Chip Fudge

  • Homemade condensed milk: 1/2 cup
  • Chocolate chips: 1 cup
  • Chocolate essence: 1/2 tsp
  • pista: 1 tbsp chopped (to sprinkle on top)
  • oil for greasing

How to make Condensed Milk Chocolate Chip Fudge

  1. Take a flat bowl or plate. Place the foil at the bottom and grease it with oil. Then keep it aside.
  2. In a microwave safe bowl, mix in the homemade condensed milk and chocolate chips together.
  3. Pop it in the microwave, press 1 minute on a high heat and cook. Then remove it from the microwave and mix it well.
  4. If any chocolate chip is left, once again pop it in the microwave for 20 seconds. Mix it well to form a smooth paste. (No lumps of chocolate should remain.)
  5. Now mix in the chocolate essence. Pour it into a foiled greased plate or flat bowl.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pistas on top. Cover it and keep it in the fridge for 30 mins- 1 hour or till it's set.
  7. Once it's set, make slices of it. The fudge is ready to be served.

My Tip:

Store it in an airtight jar. No need to keep it in the fridge. During this whole process you have to be quick. Otherwise the fudge will start to get thick in a bowl. If this occurs then once again warm it in the microwave for 10 seconds.
