Snow White Salad

Ingredients to make Snow White Salad

  • 100 gms paneer, cut in 1 inch cube shapes
  • 10 pieces of fresh singharas/ chestnuts
  • 10-12 pieces of boiled baby potatoes
  • For the dressing:
  • 2 tbsp hung curd (which we get by hanging normal curd in a muslin cloth for 4 hours in the fridge)
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  • salt to taste

How to make Snow White Salad

  1. Take a mixing bowl and put in together all the dressing ingredients. Mix it nicely.
  2. Now add in the paneer cubes, chestnut pieces and baby potatoes into the dressing. Mix it well with your hands so that they are properly coated.
  3. Serve it chilled.

My Tip:

You can use any dressing of your choice if you don't like this one. You can prepare this before hand as well, for instance 2-3 hours before serving. Always keep it in an airtight container in the fridge.
