Pad Thai Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients to make Pad Thai Chicken Noodle Soup

  • Boneless chicken pieces- 250 gm
  • Pad thai noodles or rice noodles- 1 packet
  • 1 cup coconut Milk
  • mushrooms- 1/2 cup
  • Green onions- 1/2 cup
  • 1 inch ginger, chopped
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp vinegar
  • salt as per taste
  • oil- 1 tbsp

How to make Pad Thai Chicken Noodle Soup

  1. In a open pan, keep the chicken pieces to boil with water. After it comes to a boil, let it simmer and cook.
  2. Then pour in the coconut milk to it. Then add in the soya sauce and fish sauce. Then add in the salt and vinegar.
  3. In another pan, heat 1 tsp oil. Then add in the chopped ginger and garlic. Saute and cook.
  4. Then add in the onions and mushrooms. Next, add carrots and stir fry it.
  5. Now shift the chicken stalk along with the chicken pieces. Simmer and cook till the chicken and carrots are boiled and cooked well.
  6. In another pan, boil water and cook the noodles in it for 15 mins or follow the instructions written in the packet.
  7. In a serving bowl, first place the noodles, then pour some soup on it.
  8. Serve it hot to enjoy!
