Guava Mint Chutney

Ingredients to make Guava Mint Chutney

  • guava:- 2 nos, chopped into small pieces
  • ginger:- 1 inch piece
  • green chillies:- 2-3 nos
  • pudina (Mint leaves):- a handful
  • coriander leaves:- 3-4 sticks of leaves
  • urad dal 1 tbsp
  • Ground nut 1 tbsp (optional)
  • lemon:- 1/2
  • sugar:- 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Oil to roast the urad dal
  • cumin seeds:- 1 tsp
  • water to make the paste

How to make Guava Mint Chutney

  1. Heat oil and fry the urad daal and cumin seeds until they turn brown in color.
  2. Take a mixer jar, add all the mentioned ingredients along with fried urad dal and cumin seeds. Grind it well to form a smooth paste.
  3. Serve this with hot mooli ka paratha or any paratha of your choice.

My Tip:

You can use this chutney as any bread spread as well.
