Ingredients to make Awadi Lassi
- Curd 300 gms
- Rabri 50 gms
- Cashew nut paste 25 gms
- Saffron 1 tsp, soaked in milk
- Sugar powder 2 tsp
- 1 earthen pot
- Chopped almonds, few
Steps to make Awadi Lassi
- Take a jar, add in the whipped curd, cashew paste and sugar powder.
- Mix it well together and pour into the earthen glass.
- Garnish with fresh rabri, chopped almonds and saffron.
My Tip: Serve in an earthen glass and you will notice the different flavour.
