  • Curd 300 gms
  • Rabri 50 gms
  • Cashew nut paste 25 gms
  • Saffron 1 tsp, soaked in milk
  • Sugar powder 2 tsp
  • 1 earthen pot
  • Chopped almonds, few


  1. Take a jar, add in the whipped curd, cashew paste and sugar powder.
  2. Mix it well together and pour into the earthen glass.
  3. Garnish with fresh rabri, chopped almonds and saffron.
My Tip: Serve in an earthen glass and you will notice the different flavour.
