Awadi lassi (2 minutes)
- Curd 300 gms
- Rabri 50 gms
- Cashew nut paste 25 gms
- Jaffran 1 tsp soaked in milk
- Sugar powder 2 tsp
- Earthen pot
- Chopped almond
- Take a jar add whipped curd cashew paste and sugar powder.
- Mix well together. Pour into the earthen glass.
- Garnish with fresh rabri, chopped almond and jaffran.
My Tip: Serve with earthen glass has different flavour
