Ingredients to make Banana, Apple, Carrot, Oats, Sweet Pakoda

  • Whole wheat flour 150 gms
  • Oats flour 100 gms
  • egg 1
  • sugar 3 tsp
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • baking soda a pinch
  • carrot grated 1/2
  • apple grated 1/2
  • banana mashed 1/2
  • Canola oil 4 tsp
  • 1/2 cup oil for frying

How to make Banana, Apple, Carrot, Oats, Sweet Pakoda

  1. Mix the oats flour, flour, sugar, together in a large sized bowl.
  2. Whisk the egg, oil and sugar together and mix it with the flour. Now add in the baking soda and baking powder, next add in the banana, apple and carrot. Mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Make small ball shapes and keep aside.
  4. Heat oil in a kadai, fry the pakoda for 1/2 a minute on a medium heat.
  5. Flip them to the other side and once again fry it in a medium heat for 1/2 a minute. Now fry them in a high heat for 1/2 a minute on each side.
  6. Serve them hot for best taste.
