Orange Dark Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients to make Orange Dark Chocolate Ganache

  • Chopped Dark Chocolate 100 grams
  • Fresh Orange Juice 60 ml

How to make Orange Dark Chocolate Ganache

  1. Melt the chocolate for 30 seconds bursts thrice. Make sure to stir after every burst so that the chocolate melts evenly.
  2. When the chocolate is melted and smooth, set it aside to bring it at room temperature. Keep stirring it in between to avoid forming lumps.
  3. Now add in the orange juice (strained and at room temperature) to the melted chocolate.
  4. Whisk it until a smooth and creamy ganache is formed leaving no lumps.
  5. Enjoy the orange ganache with ice cream, cake or any dessert.

My Tip:

The chocolate temperature is very important. If the juice is mixed in warm or hot chocolate, it will seize the chocolate and the ganache cannot be made.
