Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Milk powder 1 cup
  2. Sugar 2 tbsp
  3. Amul cream 2 tbsp
  4. Orange emulsion 1/2 tsp
  5. Green food colouring 2-3 drops
  6. Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
  7. Orange pulp 2 tsp
  8. Tang powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. To prepare the stuffing, mix the desiccated coconut, tang powder and fresh orange pulp. Keep it aside. Then, mix in the milk powder, cream and sugar till it's well combined
  2. Heat a non-stick pan on a medium flame and pour in this mixture. It will start leaving the sides of a pan and form a ball shape.
  3. Take out a small portion of this white mixture for the leaves and add the orange emulsion to the rest. Mix it thoroughly till it is combined well.
  4. Add green food colour to the white mixture that is kept aside to prepare the leaves.
  5. Now take a small portion from the orange mixture and stuff in the desiccated coconut, tang powder, orange pulp filling and make a ball to form the shape of an orange.
  6. Take a small portion from the green mixture and roll it to a medium thick layer, cut the leaf shapes with the help of a knife or cutter.
  7. Stick the leaves to the oranges with the help of a little water.
  8. Your tangy surprise is ready within minutes!
