ABOUT Bread Idli RECIPE

An easy recipe that can be made with bread and boiled potato stored in the freezer.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 bread slices, cut in a round shape with the help of a steel glass
  2. 2 ready made aloo tikki
  3. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
  4. 1 tbsp chilli sauce
  5. 1/4 Jeera/ Cumin powder
  6. Dahi chutney/ Yogurt chutney
  7. Salt 2 pinch
  8. Milk 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Place the aloo tikkis on a tawa and let it cook on a low heat.
  2. Soak the bread slices in milk, then take them out immediately and press these slices with your hands.
  3. Put these slices on the tikkis and cover with a big steel bowl for 2 minutes. Then turn off the flame.
  4. Serve it topped with tomato sauce, chilli sauce, jeera powder, dahi chutney and salt.
