Coriander and Pomegranate Raita

Ingredients to make Coriander and Pomegranate Raita

  • curd 1 cup (well beaten)
  • pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup
  • Roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 pinch
  • Chat masala 1/4 tsp
  • Black salt as needed
  • coriander leaves 2 tbsp (finely chopped)

How to make Coriander and Pomegranate Raita

  1. Take curd in a bowl and season it with roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, chat masala and black salt. Whisk until everything is combined well together.
  2. Next add in the pomegranate seeds and stir it evenly to combine.
  3. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and serve this raita chilled or at room temperature.

My Tip:

Pomegranate juice can also be added for that extra fruity flavor along with the seeds.
