Spiced Yogurt dip with Crudités

Ingredients to make Spiced Yogurt dip with Crudités

  • Thick homemade curd- 3 tbsp
  • olives (in brine)- 1 tbsp
  • Jalapenos (in brine)- 4-5 pieces
  • Dry oregano- 1/2 tsp
  • cucumber- 1/4
  • carrot- 1/4
  • radish- 1/4
  • salt to taste

How to make Spiced Yogurt dip with Crudités

  1. Place the curd in a soup strainer to drain out the whey.
  2. While the curd is getting thick, cut the cucumber, carrot and radish into sticks and keep them aside.
  3. Finely chop the olives and jalapenos.
  4. Place the thickened curd in a bowl and add the chopped olives, jalapenos, dry oregano and salt. Mix them thoroughly.
  5. Serve the crudites (veggie sticks) with this light and refreshing dip.

My Tip:

If you want to reduce the prep time, use packaged curd which has no whey. You can use this dip as a salad dressing too.
