Ingredients to make Schezwan Fried Rice
- 2 cups washed and soaked long grained Basmati
- 1/2 cup chopped
- 1-2 finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup each of chopped carrots, beans, cabbage and
- 1 tsp each of oil and juice
- according to taste

- 5-6 red chilllies, deseeded and soaked in hot (for 15 minutes)

- 1/3 tsp of sugar and powder

My Tip:This sauce can be stored in the fridge and used as and when required. I usually like to prepare it a day prior and use it the next day.
