Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 kg snow peas
  2. 4 tbsp sesame seeds
  3. 3 tbsp sun dried tomato oil
  4. Alternate to above oil - extra virgin olive oil
  5. 5-6 sundried tomatoes chopped
  6. Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam the peas in a steamer for 2-3 mns or boil for 1.5 mns ( should be crisp )
  2. Roast the sesame seeds till brown
  3. Mix all and serve cold
