Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cucumber large sized, peeled
  2. 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  3. 4 tsp white sugar
  4. 1 tsp salt
  5. 2 tsp minced fresh ginger

Instructions

  1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices.
  2. In a bowl, combine the vinegar, sugar, salt and ginger together. Mix well so that the cucumber gets coated with the mixture well. Refrigerate it before serving.
