Tender Coconut Pudding

Ingredients to make Tender Coconut Pudding

  • Tender coconut - 2 cups
  • Tender coconut water- 2 cups
  • China grass - 10 gms
  • Condensed milk - 1 tin
  • Milk - 1 ½ cup
  • Water - ½ glass
  • Sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Cashews - 10

How to make Tender Coconut Pudding

  1. Break the china grass into small pieces, soak it in hot water and boil. Keep aside.
  2. Grind both tender coconut and water in a mixer. Keep aside.
  3. Boil milk together with condensed milk and sugar.
  4. Add the milk and tender coconut paste to the china grass mixture and mix well. Pour it into a bowl, and let it cool.
  5. Cool the mixture, refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
  6. Garnish, the pudding with roasted cashews. Serve chilled
My Tip: Serve it chilled to enjoy it to fullest.
