ABOUT Healthy Muesli Laddoo RECIPE

I had a cup of softened muesli, so I tried something innovative, tasty and prepared these muesli laddoos.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Muesli (crushed slightly)- 1 cup
  2. Milkmaid- 1/2 cup
  3. Desiccated coconut- for dusting
  4. Cocoa powder- 1 tbsp
  5. Ghee or butter- 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a non-stick kadai. Add in the ghee and roast the muesli for 2 minutes on a low flame.
  2. Add the milkmaid and cocoa powder. Mix it well.
  3. Saute till the ingredients blend well and form a soft and solid mass.
  4. Then turn off the flame. Once the mixture is slightly cooled, grease your hands with ghee and make the laddoos.
  5. Roll it on desiccated coconut and serve.
