Chocolate Bowl with Tangy Fruits and Cream

Ingredients to make Chocolate Bowl with Tangy Fruits and Cream

  • Dark chocolate- 200 gm
  • Kiwi- 1 no
  • Strawberries- 2 nos
  • apple- 1/2
  • Pineapple- 1/2
  • Cherries- 3 nos
  • Whipped cream- 1 cup
  • Ballons- 2 nos

How to make Chocolate Bowl with Tangy Fruits and Cream

  1. On a double boiler melt the dark chocolate.
  2. Now put air into the ballon and make a knot. Apply little oil on the half lower part of the ballon.
  3. Now dip the ballon into the melted chocolate, so that it makes a bowl shape. Let it cool for 1 minute, now once again dip the ballon into the chocolate to give it a second coat .
  4. Now place it into the center of the plate and place it in the refrigerator to set.
  5. After 10 minutes take it out, then carefully cut the knot of the ballon and slowly remove the ballon from the chocolate bowl.
  6. In another bowl, put in the whipped cream, chopped apple, chopped cherries, chopped kiwi, chopped pineapple and chopped strawberries. Mix it well.
  7. Now add this cream into the chocolate bowl and garnish with cherries and sliced apples.

My Tip:

You can coat the ballon into chocolate 3 or 4 times to make the bowl thick.
