Best Fried Rice

Ingredients to make Best Fried Rice

  • Cooked Rice: 3 cups
  • Finely chopped Carrots, Beans, and Green peppers: 1/2 cup each
  • Small Cauliflower Florets: 1/2 cup
  • Medium sized onion: 1
  • Spring Onion: 5-6 sprigs
  • Green Chillies: 3
  • Finely chopped ginger: 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped garlic: 1 tsp
  • Vinegar and Soy Sauce: 1 tsp each
  • Oil: 2 tbsp

How to make Best Fried Rice

  1. Cook the rice and spread it on a flat plate. Allow it to cool.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, once it's hot, add in the chopped ginger and garlic, fry until the garlic starts to turn brown in colour.
  3. Now add in chopped green chillies and saute for 2 mins. Add in the chopped onion and fry until it's half done.
  4. Next, add in the chopped vegetables and fry until they are half done.
  5. Now add in the cooked rice along with salt, vinegar and soy sauce. Mix it well together.
  6. Simmer this rice until it turns piping hot.
  7. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve it along with Baby Corn Manchurian.
