Manchow Soup

Ingredients to make Manchow Soup

  • Vegetable stock 4 cups
  • Chopped carrot 2 tbsp
  • Chopped cabbage 2 tbsp
  • Chopped cauliflower 2 tbsp
  • onion chopped 2 tbsp
  • Spring onions 1 tbsp
  • ginger chopped 1 tsp
  • garlic 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • vinegar 2 tsp
  • cornflour 1 and 1/2 tbsp
  • oil 1 tsp

How to make Manchow Soup

  1. Heat oil in a pan, then add in the ginger, garlic and saute. Next add in the onion and saute for a few minutes.
  2. Now add in the chopped veggies and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in water and let it boil and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Next, add in soya sauce, salt and vinegar. Then add in the cornflour slowly and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve it hot with fried noodles.

My Tip:

You can adjust the amount of salt and sauces as per your taste. I add a little tomato sauce in my soup, as i like that taste.
