ABOUT Manchow Soup RECIPE

A Chinese soup with lots of veggies, served with crispy fried noodles.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Vegetable stock 4 cups
  2. Chopped carrot 2 tbsp
  3. Chopped cabbage 2 tbsp
  4. Chopped cauliflower 2 tbsp
  5. Onion chopped 2 tbsp
  6. Spring onions 1 tbsp
  7. Ginger chopped 1 tsp
  8. Garlic 1 tsp
  9. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  10. Vinegar 2 tsp
  11. Cornflour 1 and 1/2 tbsp
  12. Oil 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan, then add in the ginger, garlic and saute. Next add in the onion and saute for a few minutes.
  2. Now add in the chopped veggies and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in water and let it boil and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Next, add in soya sauce, salt and vinegar. Then add in the cornflour slowly and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Serve it hot with fried noodles.
