ABOUT Chocolate Enveloped Oreos RECIPE

Bring a smile on everyone's face by surprising them with my most favorite sandwich cookie cloaked in a rich layer of dark chocolate. Very easy to make and also your kids will surely love it! This recipe is inspired from Ann Reardon.

Ingredients Serving: 9

  1. 1 pkt (150g) - oreo cookies (any flavor)
  2. 380g - good quality dark baking chocolate
  3. Silicon molds

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate using the double boiler method.
  2. Remove from the stove and let it cool slightly.
  3. Place a couple of spoons of chocolate into the mold, top with an Oreo cookie, gently push it down and top with more chocolate.
  4. Once you have filled them, bang the tray gently on the bench to smoothen the tops.
  5. Allow them to set and then pop them out of the silicone mold.
