Ingredients to make Burnt Garlic Veg Soup

  • 1 cup of chopped vegetables such as spinach, carrots and beans
  • 2-3 tablespoon frozen corns
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 1 packet knorr vegetable soup
  • 4 cups water
  • oil- 1 tsp

How to make Burnt Garlic Veg Soup

  1. Boil the vegetables and corns in the water with a pinch of salt. After 5 minutes, add in the soup packet and cook it for 5-6 minutes.
  2. In a small pan, heat oil and saute the garlic till it starts burning. Turn the stove off.
  3. Pour this oil on the soup and serve it hot.

My Tip:

Burn the garlic till it turns a little brown in colour.
