Ingredients to make Spicy Cheesy Chicken Manchurian Balls

  • For the chicken manchurian balls:
  • chicken mince- 250 gm
  • cabbage- 2 cups, grated
  • carrot -1 cup finely chopped
  • capsicum- 1 finely chopped
  • green chillies- 2-3 finely chopped
  • Black pepper- 1 tsp
  • Schezwan sauce- 1 tbsp
  • all purpose flour- 2-3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce- 5-6 tsp
  • Corn flour- 2-3 tbsp
  • Ajinomoto- 1 tsp
  • salt as required
  • Green coriander- 1 tbsp finely chopped
  • Greted cheese- 1 cup
  • oil- to fry the manchurian balls
  • 1 cup schezwan sauce to toss the manchurian balls

How to make Spicy Cheesy Chicken Manchurian Balls

  1. Take the chicken mince, cabbage, carrot, capsicum, green chilli, black pepper, schezuan sauce, all purpose flour, corn flour, soya sauce, ajinomoto, salt and mix all the ingredients together. Then keep it aside for 10-15 mins.
  2. After this time, shape this mixture into small round balls and deep fry on a medium heat till they are golden brown in colour. Then drain on kitchen tissues and keep it aside.
  3. After frying, immediately toss these manchurian balls in schezwan sauce for 2-3 minutes on a high heat.
  4. Serve these chicken manchurian balls with a garnish of chopped coriander.
