Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Noodles- 100 gm
  2. Onion- 1 shredded
  3. Cabbage- 1 cup shredded
  4. Carrot -1 shredded
  5. Ajinomoto- 1/4 tsp
  6. Soya sauce- 2 tsp
  7. Chilli sauce- 1 and 1/2 tsp
  8. Garlic pods- 7 nos chopped
  9. Pepper- 1 tsp
  10. Oil -1 tbsp
  11. Sugar- 1/4 tsp
  12. Salt as required
  13. Corn flour -1/2 tsp
  14. Vinegar- 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the noodles and strain it. Then wash the noodles in cold water and strain again.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or kadhai. Add the onion and stir fry.
  3. Next add in the carrot, followed by the capsicum, cabbage and garlic. Then add in the salt, pepper, sugar and ajinomoto.
  4. Now add in the noodles, chilli sauce and vinegar. Mix well.
  5. Mix the corn flour with soya sauce and add it to the noodles.
  6. Serve it hot and enjoy.
