Ingredients to make Pineapple Sheera

  • 1 cup sooji
  • 2 cup ghee
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup blanched sweet pineapple crush
  • 1/4 cup khoya
  • 1/4 cup paneer
  • 1/4 cup pineapple essence
  • 1/4 cup colour
  • pista badams to garnish

How to make Pineapple Sheera

  1. Roast the sooji in ghee till it's pink in colour. Now add in the paneer, khoya, blanched sweet pineapple crush, sugar and 2 cups of milk.
  2. Keep stirring, when the mixture leaves the sides of the pan, turn off the flame. Then add the pineapple essence and colour.
  3. Garnish with pista badam and serve.

My Tip:

You can also make strawberry and mango sheera.
