- 1 sachet maggi (I used maggi curry flavour)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 large tomato
- 1 green chilli
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 cube of chicken stock
- Salt as per taste
- Frozen vegetables or cooked vegetables 1/2 cup
- 1 egg
- Finely chopped coriander leaves, handful
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
How to make Masala Egg Maggi
My Tip:You can use chicken stock cubes or simple chicken atick or just skip this and use water. Egg can also be skipped or you can add it later.
