An easy to make cake anytime.

Ingredients Serving: 4

Maida 2-3 cups
Sugar as per your taste
Baking powder 1 and a half tsp
Baking soda a pinch
Pineapple flavour food essence 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
3 to 4 eggs
Oil or butter as required

Instructions

In a blender, blend the sugar to powder texture and keep the powdered sugar aside.
Take a large bowl, mix in the egg white, maida, baking powder , baking soda, oil, pineapple food essence for flavour and milk together till it becomes a complete batter. At the end add in the powdered sugar.
Preheat the oven.
Before baking, use oil and coat the baking tray from all the sides for the cake to come out smoothly after baking.
Bake it for 10-15 minutes in the microwave according to your oven settings.
