Cauliflower Crust Pizza

Ingredients to make Cauliflower Crust Pizza

  • cauliflower- 1 small
  • almond meal- 1/2 cup
  • corn- 1/4 cup
  • capsicum- 1/2 cut into small pieces
  • tomato- 1 small piece
  • Oregano- 1/4 tsp
  • Cheese cubes- 2
  • Pizza sauce- 2 tbsp
  • butter- 1 tsp
  • garlic paste- 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper- 1/4 tsp
  • Flax seeds- 1 tsp

How to make Cauliflower Crust Pizza

  1. Grate the caulifowler thin. Boil it, then queeze all the mositure. Add in the salt, almond meal, oregano black pepper, flax seeds.
  2. Make a log like bread, bake at 220 degrees celsius for 20 minutes. Flip it the other side, apply butter then apply the pizza sauce. Now arrange the corn, capsicum and tomato.
  3. Grate cheese on top and spread oregano. Bake it for 10 minutes.
  4. Healthy pizza is ready to eat.

My Tip:

We can use oats powder instead of almond meal.
