ABOUT Spaghetti in Tomato & Cheese Sauce RECIPE

A heavenly combination of cheese, butter and cream with some mixed herbs and oregano. I love this recipe and so did the kids.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spaghetti :- 1 Packet
  2. Onion:1 Thinly Sliced
  3. Broccoli:- few florets
  4. Vegetables of your choice 1/4 cup
  5. Butter or Olive oil as required
  6. Fresh Cream:- 1 small tetra pack/ any cheese which can easily blend or melt
  7. Garlic cloves:- 6-7
  8. Oregano- 2 tsp
  9. Mixed Herbs:- 2 tsp
  10. Pasta Mix:- 2 tsp
  11. Tomato:- 1/2
  12. Black Pepper:- 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the spaghetti until it turns soft, then drain the water and wash it nicely under cold water. Then drain the water completely and add a little olive oil in the spaghetti. Then set it aside.
  2. Grind the tomato, garlic, black pepper and cheese or fresh cream to form a smooth paste. (This is your sauce)
  3. Heat a pan and add a little butter, then add in the onion and other vegetables. Fry until it turns soft.
  4. Next, add in oregano, mixed herbs, pasta mix into it and mix it well.
  5. Add in the tomato garlic sauce and fry until the raw smell fades away. Pour in the milk and allow it to cook for a few minutes.
  6. Add in the pasta, mix it nicely and cook for 2 mins.
  7. Turn off the flame and serve it hot.
