Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. for katori-maida 2 cups
  2. cumin 1 tbl spn
  3. salt according to taste
  4. red chilli powder 1 tblspn
  5. ghee 4 tea spoon
  6. water for dough
  7. oil 4 table spoon
  8. oil for deep frying
  9. for filling- chole
  10. tomato onions(sliced)
  11. bikaneri bhujia
  12. coriander leaves
  13. dahi bhalle masala
  14. curd
  15. tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Add maida and all other ingredients with water and make tough dough
  2. Make ball of it and make roti of balls and stick them outside of bowl.
  3. Make 4-5 rotis and repeat step 2. Deep fry the bowls. After frying the bowls will separate automatically.
  4. Leave to cool them down.
  5. Add the desired quantity of chole . Add 1 spoon curd and tomatoes and onions . Put some tomato ketchup and then put bhujia. Add some chaat masaala and put coriander leaves.

Kajol missing the picture. It becomes v easy to follow the recipe then. Waiting for the picture!!!
