Ingredients to make Katori chaat

  • for katori-maida 2 cups
  • cumin 1 tbl spn
  • salt according to taste
  • red chilli powder 1 tblspn
  • ghee 4 tea spoon
  • water for dough
  • oil 4 table spoon
  • oil for deep frying
  • for filling- chole
  • tomato onions(sliced)
  • bikaneri bhujia
  • coriander leaves
  • dahi bhalle masala
  • curd
  • tomato ketchup

How to make Katori chaat

  1. Add maida and all other ingredients with water and make tough dough
  2. Make ball of it and make roti of balls and stick them outside of bowl.
  3. Make 4-5 rotis and repeat step 2. Deep fry the bowls. After frying the bowls will separate automatically.
  4. Leave to cool them down.
  5. Add the desired quantity of chole . Add 1 spoon curd and tomatoes and onions . Put some tomato ketchup and then put bhujia. Add some chaat masaala and put coriander leaves.
