Veg Paneer Parcel

Ingredients to make Veg Paneer Parcel

  • Maida or all purpose flour 1 cup
  • paneer 100 gram, cut into small pieces
  • Finely chopped capsicum 1/4 cup
  • Finely chopped carrot 1/4 cup
  • Beans 1/4 cup
  • onions 1/2 cup
  • green chillies 1-2
  • cabbage 1/4 cup
  • tomato 1/4 cup
  • ginger-Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required

How to make Veg Paneer Parcel

  1. Make a soft dough with the maida, salt and 1 tsp of oil in it.
  2. Chop all the veggies into fine pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add in the ginger-garlic paste and onion, saute for a minute then add in all the remaining veggies. Add in all the spices mentioned above, add and cook till the veggies become soft till the filling is ready.
  4. Now make a big size chapati from the dough and cut into strips, place a spoon of filling in it and a small piece of paneer. Roll it and pack it carefully.
  5. Prepare all the parcels and fry them until they become golden in colour.
  6. Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
