ABOUT Vaghareli Rotli RECIPE

No need to take tension if you have leftover rotis. Just make this simple dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Left over rotis or fresh rotis 4
  2. Oil 1 tsp
  3. Rai (mustard seeds) 1 tsp
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Sugar 1 tsp
  6. Kari patta/ Curry leaves 4-5
  7. Green chillies 1-2
  8. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Lemon 1/2
  10. Bhujia namkeen 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Take the rotis, shred it into small pieces or grind it coarsely.
  2. Take a pan, pour in oil and let it heat.
  3. Then add in the rai, green chillies and kari pattas.
  4. Now add in the roti with salt, turmeric powder and sugar. Mix it well and squeeze the lemon on top.
  5. Garnish with bhujia bankers and coriander leaves. It is ready to eat.
