Thai Pineapple Vegetarian Fried Rice( No onion, No garlic)

Ingredients to make Thai Pineapple Vegetarian Fried Rice( No onion, No garlic)

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 cup chopped french beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrot
  • 1 cup chopped mixed bell peppers (red, yellow and green)
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped pineapple cubes
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup dry fruits (I have used black grapes and almonds)

How to make Thai Pineapple Vegetarian Fried Rice( No onion, No garlic)

  1. In a large non-stick pan, add in the butter, then add the green chillies, french beans, green peas, carrots and cook for 2 mins.
  2. Now, add in the bell peppers and saute for a few minutes. Then add in the soya sauce, salt, sugar, pepper, garam masala and mix it well.
  3. Now add in the cooked rice, pineapple cubes, tomatoes, coriander leaves, dry fruits and mix it well together. Cook it for a couple of minutes.
  4. Remove from the heat and garnish it with coriander leaves, more dry fruits and serve it hot for dinner.

My Tip:

To make it more attractive for dinner parties, make a pineapple shell and serve into it!
