Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup boiled noodles
  2. Red chillies 4
  3. 2 onion chopped
  4. Handful of freshly chopped cilantro
  5. 2 cloves garlic
  6. 1 small piece of ginger
  7. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Salt according to taste
  9. 1/4 tsp Sesame seeds
  10. 1 Lemon
  11. 1 tsp curry powder
  12. 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Take a small pot of water to boil for the noodles. Once boiled, add the noodles and boil it for 2-3 minutes or just until tender. Drain the noodles in a colander and set aside.
  2. Take a mixing jar. Add in the chopped onion, garlic, ginger and red chilli. Make a fine red paste/puree.
  3. Now take a non-stick deep soup pan. Heat oil on a medium flame. Now add in the sesame seeds.
  4. Add in the red puree and saute it for a minute. Then add in the salt, turmeric powder and curry powder. Mix it well.
  5. Add in the required water and cook it for 5 minutes.
  6. To serve, divide the noodles among 4-5 bowls. The soup is ready.
  7. Ladle the soup over the noodles, then top it with red onion, cilantro, lime, and red chilli.
