Chinese Cabbage Rolls

Ingredients to make Chinese Cabbage Rolls

  • chicken mince 1 cup
  • Mixed veg (Carrots, Beans, spring onion) 1/2 cup
  • egg 1
  • Soy Sauce 1 tsp
  • onion 1
  • ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • cabbage leaves 6-7

How to make Chinese Cabbage Rolls

  1. Boil the water and put a big whole cabbage into it. Cook for 5 minutes, meanwhile try removing the outer covers of the cabbage. (If you're using a chinese cabbage it's easy. Just boil the leaves for sometime. Then remove the stems and keep aside.
  2. Mix all the other Ingredients, from the chicken mince to salt and mix it well. Put in spoonfuls of filling in a leaf, roll it well and make all the rolls. Steam it for 15 minutes.
  3. Serve it hot for best taste.

My Tip:

If you use Chinese cabbage it will be more crunchy. If you're a vegetarian, you can add in paneer, mushroom, etc.
