Japanese Fried Rice

Ingredients to make Japanese Fried Rice

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 bell pepper
  • 2 bowls of rice
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 onions
  • 2 spring onions green stem
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 inch ginger
  • oil to fry

How to make Japanese Fried Rice

  1. Soak the rice for 10 minutes, then boil it with ginger and keep aside. On the other hand, finely slice the carrots, bell pepper and onions.
  2. In a wok or kadahi, put in oil to heat, then add in the onions, carrot and saute it.
  3. While the rice is hot, just break it with the help of laddle, then add in the bell pepper and saute. Next add in the salt, soya sauce, then add the rice in it and mix well.
  4. Finally add in the spring onions and it's done.

My Tip:

You can add as many veggies of your choice.
