- Noodles 1 packet (150 gms)
- 1 cut into big pieces
- Chopped veggies of your choice 3 cups (i have used bell pepper, carrot, spring , capsicum)
- Soya sauce 2 tbsp
- sauce 2 tbsp
- 1 tbsp
- finley chopped 1 tsp
- chopped 2 tsp
- as per taste
- Oil 3 tbsp ( oil/sesame oil )
How to make Hakka Noodles
My Tip:You can use any oil but it tastes best with olive/sesame oil. While boilng the noodles, cook 90% but don't overcook it.
